Metal Concepts, LLC proudly designs, engineers, and manufactures durable American-made tools. We guarantee that our products are free from workmanship and material defects for the original purchaser ("you"), subject to certain conditions.
We prioritize customer satisfaction and guarantee solutions for any material or workmanship issues under our warranty.

WHAT'S COVERED:

Metal Concepts, LLC guarantees its tools to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The tools are backed by a lifetime warranty.

If a Metal Concepts, LLC tool is found to be defective due to the manufacturing process or the materials used, Metal Concepts, LLC will replace it free of charge once a picture of the tool has been emailed to info@metalconceptsllc.com along with the original proof of purchase.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED:

We do not cover normal wear, lost or stripped parts, altered or modified products, or damagefrom negligence, misuse, or abuse.

Abuse is defined as using a tool for purposes other than its intended design.
